SARATOGA offers a wide range of transportation services, including:

To book with SARATOGA, follow these steps:

  • Enter your source and destination stations and travel date, then click Search.
  • Select a bus from the available options.
  • Choose your boarding and dropping points. Select your seat on the seat map and click Continue.
  • Fill in passenger details (names and gender) and click Continue to Payment.
  • Enter your phone number (this should not start with zero) and then your email. Select your payment method (mobile network or bank card) and fill in the corresponding details. If using mobile network payment, the number must start with zero. Click Proceed to Pay.
  • Complete the transaction and receive your SMS ticket and confirmation.

What are the payment options?

  • Mobile Network Payment: Pay using your mobile network provider. Ensure to enter the mobile number starting with zero for successful transactions.
  • Bank Card Payment: Accepts major credit and debit cards. Enter card details securely during the payment process.
  • Cash Payment: Option for cash payments at designated booking points or terminals.

Yes, customers can change their travel date or cancel their tickets according to the company policies:

  • Cancellation: To cancel a ticket at least six hours before the departure time, a 15% fee of the total fare will apply.
  • Change of Date: If you need to change your travel date, notify the company early. Changing the date six hours before departure will incur a 10% fee of the total fare. Please note that we cannot guarantee the same seat, seat class, or departure time.

If you made a payment but haven’t received your ticket, contact customer support immediately for assistance.
